Northern VA Photographer- I know we’re past the Holiday season, but I have so many amazing studio sessions just waiting to be shared. This was a particularly fun one, with the most adorable little two-year-old girl bringing so much laughter and joy. 

I love my studio space, as you all know, and to see it decorated for the Holidays was so special. Having a tree lit up really brought a whole new element to all the space. I was able to create so many different moments using the decorations and lights from the tree; it was a dream. 

In a previous post I gushed about the three original fireplaces, and they were a star feature for these sessions. A 1910 original fireplace paired with a white room and neutral tones was the ultimate, cozy Holiday scene. 

To style the studio, I kept things light and neutral. Pops of gold with the white tones were perfect for this session! The best part about having kiddos in the studio is the way they allow their personalities to fill up the space. This little girl was having a blast playing and giggling, creating so many incredible moments for me to capture on film. It’s the end of January, and I already can’t wait to photograph the next Holiday season in my studio.
