Northern Virginia Family Photography- It was so much fun to have this little one back in the  studio! This huge milestone was the final session as part of the First Year Collective with this family. 

They actually moved, but they came back to town to finish his portraits. Because one year is such an incredible milestone, Mom wanted all the focus to be on her son. We captured beautiful moments of giggles, smiles, and playfulness with some of the studio toys. Curiosity and mobility blossom so much at one years-old!

His six month session is on the blog and it’s incredible to see just how much has changed! One thing that didn’t, though, was his big beautiful blue eyes. He was dressed in cozy knitwear from the studio wardrobe. I love to keep outfits simple and neutral for milestone sessions so the focus is all on your little one.
